German Potato Salad

Ingredients
potatoes                   500g
Mayonnaise               60g
Dill Pickle Juice          32ml
Onion (medium size)  1/4 chopped
Dill Pickle                  1 piece, chopped
Boiled eggs                2 eggs, chopped
Salt
Black Pepper

Instructions:
  1. Mix mayonnaise and enough pickle juice to get a nice creamy potato salad dressing.
  2. Pour a little dressing in bottom of large bowl.
  3. Either slice or cube a layer of potatoes on top of dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, sprinkle chopped dill pickles, chopped onions, and chopped egg on top. Pour some dressing over all.
  5. Gently toss all together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Either serve immediately or keep in fridge till needed.
