Slow Roasted BBQ Back Ribs









Ingredients
Fresh BBQ Ribs: 700g

Marinade
1. Salt
2. Black Pepper
3. Paprika
4. Garlic Rub
5. Herbs
6. Cumin (just little bit)
7. BBQ sauce (at last)

Instructions
1.  Dry the BBQ ribs with kitchen paper.  (NO need to wash the meat in advance). 

2. Cut away the fatty parts and move away the skin membrane on the backside.  

3. Slice lightly between the ribs. 

4. Mixed the Marinade and put them on both sides of the ribs and also in the slice cuts. 

5. Marinate for 4-6 hours. 

6. Wrapped the ribs with 2 layers of aluminum foil. 

7. Pre-Heat oven at 150 degree.  Put in the ribs for 1.5 hours. 

8. Take the ribs out and spread BBQ sauce on the top side of the ribs. 

9. Pre-Heat oven at 230 degree grill mode.  Put the ribs in without wrap for 4 minutes. 

10. Take out the ribs and spread BBQ sauce second time.  Put back the ribs into the oven for another 4 minutes in order to have blasting result. 

11. Wait for 10 mins before cutting to serve. 


Remarks:
If service with French fries, which can be put into the oven at last 30mins at 150 degree, then keep til the end.
