焗西班牙蛋餅 (Tortilla de patatas)


 Ingredients (for 3 people)

1. Potato: 5 pcs medium size 
2. Egg: 4 pcs
3. Onion: 1 pce
4. Leg Ham: 2 slices, size as casserole (optional or other dry ingredients, like salmon, tuna, chicken in shredded)
5. shredded cheese 


Method 
1. Cut the potatoes in thin slices. 
2. Cut the onion in thin strips. 
3. Beat well the eggs with salt and black pepper. 
4. Pan-fired the potatoes with olive oil in a pan.  Sprinkle some salt and black pepper.  
5. Add in onion strips and stir-fried a while until smell. 
6. Add butter & olive oil into a cast iron casserole.  Then put in 1/3 of onion & potato. Pour in 1/3 of egg.  Sprinkle some cheese (optional) and put on a slice of ham. 
7. Then repeat to put 1/3 of onion & potato, 1/3 of egg, cheese (optional), ham as 2nd layer. 
8. Put on the remaining onion & potato and egg. 
9. Put shredded cheese on top. 
10. But into a 180degree pre-heated oven for 40 mins until the egg is done and cheese get golden. 
11. Serve hot!
