Teriyaki Salmon Quinoa Bowls

Ingredients (for 3 people)

1. Quinoa: 80g
2. black Beans: 1 can
3. Onion: 1 small
4. Garlic: 2 gloves
5. salmon: 3 slices

Any other ingredients:
- red bell pepper (cook with quinoa)
- corn (cook with quinoa)
- mixed frozen veggi (cook with quinoa)
- boil egg (serve in bowl)
- avocado (serve in bowl)
- cherry tomatoes (serve in bowl)
- cucumber (serve in bowl)
- spring onion (serve in bowl)
- carrot (cook with quinoa or serve in bowl)
- baby spinach (put into quinoa during rest time) 

Teriyaki marinade for salmon
- soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
- mirin: 2 tablespoon
- honey: 0.5 tablespoon
- garlic: 2 gloves, minced
- ginger: small piece, minced


Method 
1. prepare onion diced, garlic minced
2. most ingredients can be cut in small pieces / diced
3. cut the salmon in cube piece.  Marinate for 15 mins.
4. Wash quinoa according instruction.  
5. Stir-fry the onion, garlic until smell, add into quinoa mixed well; add in a bit of salt & black pepper. 
6. Add in black beans mixed well. 
7. Pour into water and cook the quinoa according instruction. 
8. Cook the salmon with the sauce on a pan. 
9. Put everything on bowl with some sauce from salmon.  Done!
