Ingredients
1. salmon fillet (no bones): 300 g
2. Potato: 2 big pieces

3. paprika
4. beans
5. garlic: 2 cloves
6. onion: half piece

Directions
1. wash the salmon and pat dry, then cut into pieces
2. Boil the potato until soft. Slice
3. Boil broccoli, beans for 3 mins (80% done)
4. In a Buffet Casserole 26cm, add olive oil and spread evenly. Add onion, garlic fry until smell.
5. Add in potato and place evenly at the bottom. Place on salmon and the vegetables.
6. Spinkle salt and olive oil, bake for 5 mins with lid at 200 degree.
7. Remove the lid, add cherry tomatoes and sprinkle any herbs for another 4 mins.
8. Serve in hot.
