Hummus 鷹嘴豆泥




 Ingredients:

1. Dried Chickpea: 200g (approx. 450g after boil)

2. Tahini (white sesame paste): 4 tablespoons

3. Lemon Juice: 3 tablespoons (approx. 1 lemon)

4. Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons

5. Garlic: 2 gloves (minced)

6. Ground Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon

7. Water from boil chickpea: 4 tablespoons

8. Salt: a pinch 


Steps:

1. Wash Chickpea, then soak for overnight. 

2. Cook Chickpea in the pressure cook for 20 mins. 

3. Put in Tahini and Lemon Juice into the blender.  Blend the mixture until they whip up into a creamy paste. Then add in the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
